I've lived in the midwest most of my life and traveling down the river is really breathtaking. Aside from that, it's mostly hills, farmland and forests here and there. Illinois is surprisingly beautiful once you get out of the corn. I've heard a lot of good things about france, but I don't really have enough money to travel.
