Old people or people from 30-35+ are comfy with stable jobs they got before the crisis, most young people are fucked beyond salvation if you don't have anybody to recommend you. Temporary jobs are the only job available, and they usually last a few months and then they kick you back to being unemployed, same thing goes for people with degrees
