I've had English blood pudding for breakfast in a small hotel in a town an hour long drive from London and I can guarantee it's not half as juicy as traditional Tapolan mustamakkara. The pudding in the Swede's pic looks almost charred.
The surface and the texture of the sausage is really unique. Maybe the Germans have something like it, they are good with that kind of products.
