Muslims terrorists in Europe are usually citizens.
For every situation where a peaceful European could use a gun in a situation spontaneously, many more knife-only or twitter-only Muslim extremists would be able to get guns and do a surprise attack.
IMO gun laws shouldn't change in USA or Europe, it works for the different situations. That being said, guns are cool.
