Any fellow americunts help me please?

I have studied a college degree here in Spain. I have both Spanish and American Citizenship and I'm thinking of doing my master's degree in Political Philosophy in Claremont University, California. I don't know anybody in there who has actually studied in that university.

Does any of you know how that university is. Staff from the administration has send me information about tuition fees and shit, but i don't really know if it's gonna cost me 30.000 $ or 60.000 $ a year.

I know it's pretty easy to find work while you do your master, but do you guys know any other way to finance my masters degree (without having to ask for finance in a bank if possible) while I work?

Help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

stay where you are, pancho

I'm guessing $60k yearly because some sources will say the semester fee and some will say the yearly fee.

Honestly that's just not worth it to do IMO. Why this university, why this degree? I don't see how that's gonna give you a good return on the investment.

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!

Just take loans nigger, it's not like you'll ever have to worry about being able to pay them anyway.

Call them or email them to make sure

but it seems this school is graduate only so there won't be many that are alumni, not sure how scholarships will work for those type of schools

Every University has a financial aid department. Talk to them and they should be able to help you out.

If I return to spain with any master or degree made in USA I'm probably guaranteed to get a job in a University there.

They give almost no funding at all for what I have seen in other forums. So option discarded.

My other option was California State University (LA Campus), the problem is that Downtown L.A is expensive as fuck.

Even if i decide not to go to study i'm thinking of going to work when i end my career this year (Law and Political Sciences).

I have friends in they Bay Area and LA who can help my out in my firsts weeks in there

>degree in Political Philosophy

That's pretty much just a degree in unemployment

the question is always will you make that much more as a phd in political philosophy than a master to risk heavy debt

See if you can get an internship, you speak spanish so it might be good in Cali
