Not really, I got 100% european. My paternal haplogroup is scandinavian r1b and the maternal haplogroup is H. What pissed me off is the 10% from the British Isles. I expected to have northern african blood but somehow I didn't get any despite having my region a lot.

In cannot be accurate if it uses results form people of multiple ethnicities as it's base, and takes into account declared ethnicity by its customers which may not be accurate. If you understand Autosminal DNA testing you will know this is true.
Not worth it for the results, but the raw data is useful if used with professional or more accurate services.
23andme is pure marketing, and a nice shiny interface. The results are not accurate.

You get 10% British Isles becuase you share similarity with 10% of people form the UK who were tested that share genome similarities. As the UK is full of R1b and H3 people this should not be surprising.
People think the results mean that if it says 10% British that you have 10% British ancestry. This is not actually how it works.
My results had 22% British Ancestry, and 3% Italian and 3% Iberian.... My family are all Slavs that have never seen outside of Russia. I just happen to share similarities with other in these areas do to earlier migrations.
