It's only -15C here and my Canada Post "community mailbox" has been frozen shut with my new $300 GPU sitting in the parcel box for 12 hours straight.

I've been trying all day with both de-icer and heating the key without any luck. I've probably been out there 10 times now, 20 minutes each time.
