Not just stay, but the EU government needs to be able to set fiscal policies, or the Euro isn't going to get us anywhere. In short, make a real European Union, slowly removing power from national states and moving it to the EU parliament.
It should also have the UK as a full member, as a way to balance Germany's power.
...I'd like it to happen, but I don't think it'll ever happen.
