This is like a norm to me. I'm bordering constant constipation. I have to wait for 4-5 days to get some bowel movement. And when it happens, I spend at least half a hour on the toilet until I'm sure it's all good
Man...I feel like having instantly obtained wings the moment I flush it. The rising sensation of losing at least 3-4kgs, dead weight and/or whatnot. My mood automatically improves too. Everything is much easier to do. My blood pressure equalizes. It's a miracle

During the summer I often go to my parents' cabin with friends over the weekend. The place has an outhouse, but I prefer not to use it because my brother tends to use it a lot and his shit smells absolutely horrible. I end up holding it in for the 2 days I'm there, and when I finally get home, taking a shit is like having an orgasm.
