hipster shit is probably the another reason. i used to listen to mainly uk indie electronic music like warp records and anything emotional like that. but at some point the record company changed their policy and started to openly cater to hipsters optimistic/euphoric(its literal. not meme) trends and cultures, including sns shit like instagram.
i hate to say it but in my eyes, now they are rather unironically trying to act like too western and too white out there, while apparently they are somehow trying hard to be tolerant to PoC shit, like whats going on in tumblr. it just looks as if its comedy, its even legitimately humorous as a uk humor. they act like the most artsiest/whitest/tolerant ever, but always end up doing nothing but only making shitty music.
Seems like a modern country. I haven't ever left my country and the day I do I'd probably like to go there. Mainly because I'd like to know how the actual first world is.
I hope I get to visit it while there are still whites.
