Honestly? No.
If America invades, or if the UK invades, or if Germany or Russia invade...my life won't change all that much. I'll still be working a shitty minimum wage job, paying about the same in taxes, my bills will stay the same, and so on. The only real difference would become how I'd vote (if voting was still a thing immediately after being conquered).
Now, if Turkey, or some other Africa-tier shithole attacked, I might be bothered to get off my ass and "help", but I doubt a ~150lb skeleton with heart problems is going to be much help in a war where guns and tanks and jets and missiles are the main way of "combat".
