The average marching speed in easy terrain (eg. roads and flat plains) is about 5-6km/h.
That leaves you about 12 hours to do other shit like eat, take breaks and even sleep.
In hard terrain it's 3-4km/h but if you're marching 60km in hard terrain it most likely is an endurance test and you just have to push through.
