Honestly, here 850 is about as cheap as it gets. It's an apartment suite, and in reality, a motel suite. A sandman to be precise. It has a kitchenette and bathroom included, but you basically live in a tin can. I could probably get down to $650 if I went looking for a basement suite in someones home, but I like my privacy.
