There are also lots of common criminals who have lots of bodies on them, I don't know if they counts as serial killers though.

there was some doctor back in the 70s who seemingly snapped for whatever reason and killed a few people in the space of 2 days but was quickly apprehended. so I reckon he was more of a spree killer than a serial killer like Dahmer/Bundy etc
A bunch of women went missing in the 90s and they reckon they were all murdered by the same guy but have no proof or specific lines of inquiry other than it was likely some IRA guy from Belfast who was sent to the south for raping women up there
