I've actually read about this. Economist did an article a year ago IIRC. So no, it's not just a butthurt Pole, this is a big enough issue to get noticed. Your school trips show up with armed security who get to push people around more than the Polish police services. The Israelis who visit do not interact with Poles AT ALL on their visits. They stay in expensive hotels and impose on the other guests with security. They absolutely trash the hotels they stay in, as if it's some kind of revenge.
