They're both racist as fuck. Unionists do it loudly, Nationalists do it quietly. Most of the shit you see in the news will be from Unionists, but I've personally seen 4 "evictions" in Nationalist areas. They know to keep quiet about the way they're treated in Nationalist areas or risk a kneecapping. Whereas Loyalists don't bother with trying to hide it. They take the Millwall approach: "Everyone already hates us so let's give them something to hate".

The South has the reputation of being more openly racist, but they also have the biggest amount of black people. People can coexist in relative peace, but if I crime happens they'll "bet it was some nigger".
I think things are more segregated everywhere else in the country t b h. Or if you live in a nicer neighborhood (typically) you just don't really interact with anyone that isn't white. In more "progressive" areas they just try to pretend they're not racist. It's hard to pinpoint one area.
