none of that shit really matters. A hangover is mostly due to byproducts from your body metabolizing the alcohol, and water and nutrients won't cure that. Absent you being one of the few people who genetically don't get hangovers, you get a hangover if you drink a lot of alcohol. This is according to studies btw, not my opinion.
If all you had to do was drink water and take vitamins, no one would get hangovers because that's easy to do.
