You do realize that this is far less economical than heating on the spot? Unless you are using the whole cylinder right after, even then, there's loss of energy.
And Brazilians hardly have need for hot water, specially when the temps are high, because the tap water is warm naturally. And when there is need to boil, they just use the cooker.
