For the US it's more probably CIA SAD, but all the different SOCOM's are focused on different things, so none is objectively better than another.
For Britain it's probably SAS and SBS combined, but I prefer SBS because they're not glory whores.
Swedish SOG seems suprisingly capable, but not much is known of them.
Canadian (JTF2) is supposedly good.

Honestly it's hard to know, special forces generally are shrouded in a lot of mystery for obvious reasons, so most people can't give conclusive answers on what's the best, even from your own country.

Australia has SASR of course which covers most of the door kicking and recon depending on which squadron, but 2CDO are sort of up-and coming as well in terms of making a place for themselves, mostly our east coast counter terrorism.
