Maybe, but the parameters of the question demand we at least use some kind of West-East optic, and the way to do that is to treat certain countries (central countries) as flexible; like, take East Germany: that region, now just a part of greater Germany, was eastern but now is western. There's no such thing as Central Europe because the main cunts in that "region" namely Germany Austria(and maybe Elvetia,maybe) don't consider themselves as central european but as Westerners and want little to do with Poland,Slovakia Hungary etc.
Europe is divided into West, East, South and Balks,some cunts belong to two or more categories,either by size or geography or historical background:France north and south,Romania balks and east, (formerly) Germany because of commie rule over East Germany and I'm sure there are other examples out there.
