We have alot of Russians or Slavs in the city I live in. Probably a pretty sizable population for the US. Every now and then I will go out to take care of a bill on the East side of town. And usually I will hear them squawking back and forth with the person at the desk. I don't find their accents annoying but they are not very good at deliberating or communicating their problems.

Spanish gets irritating because there are a ton of them here and they vary greatly on how comprehensible they are.
