The lowest class citizens are the most bydlo you will ever meet. City has some very rundown post-industrial neighbourhoods and politicians are super incompetent. They try to build a new railway station for like 50 years but they still can't agree on its location.

Most people turn into assholes after about two to three years of moving to Toronto. If you meet an immigrant at the one year mark that's the sweet spot between fob and Toronto-ized asshole.
