Where it goes depends on the commitee and what cities volunteer for it outside of France.
>>52788332
They rode past my house desu.
What's it like driving a car in the Netherlands? Do you have less rights than cyclists?
>>52788332
Ze map honhon, it went through more cities actually.
>>52788400
indeed, they have less freedumbs and liberty
>>52788400
Well, many tourists go to Amsterdam and cycle there, but it's pretty much the most dangerous place in the country to cycle.
Outside of Amsterdam you often have seperate bike lanes. Or biking areas are marked red on the road. So you can ride around safely.
So drivers and bikers barely bother each other. Unless two bikers decide to drive next to each other. Kids often do that because they don't know the traffic rules.
If you hit a bike with a car you're always wrong. Unless you were completely standing still you are responsible for at least (as in absolute minimum) 50% of the damages. But considering everyone has a mandatory insurance that's not that big of a deal. It just means your insurance expenses will go up in the future.

The law of the weak, generally speaking.
pedestrians>cyclists>cars
Cars are almost always the perpetrator in an accident. Unless the cyclist is a full retard I suppose.
But as a car driver you'll rarely have issues with cyclists although I can imagine if you're foreign to the country you might need to get used to them. The main problem you'll probably face is doubt about whether or not they sometimes will anticipate your (new) location (they 99% of the time they will) and you will be extra on the lookout because you're afraid to miss one.

I hope you don't believe this. Google aarhus.
It's shite m8. When you start driving a car you realise that, in a real Dutch Utopia, all cyclists should be flung halfway into the North Sea. Scum. Subhuman scum.

>>52791161
t. never driven outside Netherlands
I'm surprised the U.K. doesn't have more biking culture,
>>52791161
It's wonderful being in the Netherlands.
I live rural but work in the city and just having the same biking culture here in Canada would make my day so much better. I'd bike to the city if I could since my in-laws live near my firm so I could take a short shower there before I work.
