I hoped this time wouldn't come...Merkelistan offers you an alliance. I know that you'd have to break your alliance with Somalia, so that'd work out, but now as Somalia is going to have two 30-bonus-territories the next turn, I see no other option. If you don't accept, I'm going to attack Russia by my own the next turn. No matter what, I will still respect our NAP.
I just don't see any other option that wouldn't turn both of us to shreds.
