It is JUST memorizing. Flashcards, use them!
Also, what a shitty table.
>a = another
Incorrect value there... it's like the beginning of the word "I" if stressed; if unstressed and in Russian, it's something like "cot".
The "a" in "another" sounds more like a middle ground between ы and a.
>e = yesterday
>ë = yonder
The "y" is REALLY short. And it messes A LOT with the consonant.
>o = born
If unstressed and in Russian, pronounce it as "cot".
>x = loch
If you can't pronounce it for shit, pronouncing it as /h/ is fine. Except in Ukrainian, otherwise it'll sound like г.
>щ = sheep
Only in Russian. In most other Slavic languages, it sounds more like sh+t+sh.
>ы = ei as in being
Nope. Hard to explain, but it's a middle ground between EE and OO. Something like the "u" in "cute" ("kyut") in a very strange way, merging the "y" and the "u" sounds.

You got everything you need then. Just learn. We learn latin in school for a year.

I mean latin script that is used in english.
>Vlad, what is this letter "E"?
> It is YE mrs. Teacher.
>How do you read "my name" Anna?
>muuh naahmeeh
>Wrong Anna, totally wrong.
>>52754759
6yo kids dude. One letter for one lesson. One lesson of english in a week or two.

This applies mainly to English... to a lesser extent to French. However, Latin as used by Italian is just about "a = a, u = y, z = ц"... really simple and intuitive.

That's right.
>>52755039
Yup. English has the sound, but it's "hidden" by its retarded spelling rules.
