Seriously, if you speak to anybody in higher education about Chinese students, they'll tell you that cheating and plagiarism is a huge problem among them because it's accepted, and even accepted in China.
Indians can be suck-ups and shoddy workers, but they usually actually care about working hard and producing things of good quality. If their work is poor, it's usually because they were poorly-trained rather than a conscious effort to get away with the bare minimum effort or just maintain an image. The reason why China has a reputation for producing cheap, contaminated shit while India just has a reputation for producing cheap shit and generic/gray-legality pharma is because of this culture difference.

My experience is mirrored by my colleagues and other educators I've spoken to. This is why I would prefer an Indian overlord.
