Unmarked police cars are different in every region, but most of the time it's something like a Volvo V70, Golf R32 or BMW 3-series

Unmarked patrols are illegal in Germany, unmarked police cars can only be used for specific occations where cover is vital, such as court ordered observations and arrests. Usually they look exactly like civil cars from afar and during action they can attach a magnetic beacon to the roof. At the very most there will be hidden flashers in the grille, but usually it's only the magnetic beacon.
Chilean police only uses shitty Chevys and korean cars. They have Dodge Chargers too.
Undercover policing is done by the civilian investigation police, they don't use any specific car.
