Its a normal work day since the emporers birthday is tomorrow, but has a slight valentines day vibe if you are dating someone. Everyone eats chicken and christmas cake. KFC used to be the go to place, but now literally every single place in the country that serves chicken at any point during the year does their own fried chicken dinner. KFC still serves a baked chicken meal you can preorder which is kind of popular since most convection ovens are way too small to cook a full chicken.
