Am I right in believing that the only solution to racism is what Paraguay did? One of their dictatorships had a policy of forced race mixing. In Paraguay the whites, the negroes and the natives all had racial loyalties, so the government forced them all to mix and become Pardo [tri-racial] so they'd have a single common loyalty and a strong Paraguayan identity.
I don't think we can force race mixing anymore, but it if it could be promoted and facilitated it would do wonders to extinguish racism.
