It's not cold right now but it normally is this time of year. Can get to like -40C including windchill in the winter on a shitty year.

Right now it's been just a bit above freezing. It was like 5C a few days ago. But it's been in the -5C - 3C range all week. Barely any snow in southern MN, but a lot in northern per usual.
And I suppose there's enough Eastern Europeans in the Twin Cities area to need them. There's quite a few apparently. I also got some potato perogies which I may make for lunch tomorrow. Very exciting. It's scary to go in there though because the older ladies in there really only speak Russian. I went to the till and she started speaking to me and I just kinda stood there and smiled and she just went "Oh." and rang me up. ;_; One day I will be good.
