I can read it very comfortably but digraphs in Greek and the multiple i(οι,ει,υ,ι,η) stand for some reasons other than orthography only
They are very important for word derivation and etymology as most of the words in Greek can be analyzed in two or more parts.For example telephone is (τηλε-far,φωνη-voice),or democracy (δημος-people-kρατω-rule).
So the language seem quite butchered without the digraphs which are very important for etymology,syntaxn,gender,cases,tenses and grammar

But generally Slavs were everywhere in Romania in the middle ages, but they were assimilated into the culture, just like many other migrating tribes. The same happened in the Balkans, where speakers of Eastern Romance dialects where culturally assimilated by Slavs. Look at your average Yugoslavians, do they look even remotely close to a Slav?
