Why is it there if it is an offensive symbol? Also why are you only mentioning those 2 countries? Also to mention that this "rising sun flag" hate is a recent thing and it is mostly aimed to bash Japan, but of course koreans are educated to hate on Japanese symbols so it is no wonder that they will be "offended" by it. All symbols would be offensive according to your logic since if a minimum of 1 person find something offensive, then that would make it offensive. But that wouldn't necessarily mean it is offensive in an objective scale. That was my point I was trying to make here.

When I was in elementary school the first five-six years you were required to write in cursive, after that it didn't matter. I actually had to switch to a mix of print and cursive because my cursive was unreadable.

実はňaそのものはチェコ語やスロヴァキア語にあんまりないです。ně や ni は結構あるんです。
ni は ニ - 日本語と同じく「i」は口蓋化するので「ˇ」は書かないです。
ně は ニェ - ě は歴史的表記、「ňe」は間違い
チェコ語で面白いものといえば、「ř」は外国人にすごく難しい発音で話してるといっぱい出てきます。
あとはスロヴァキア語文字として
ä,ĺ,ľ,ŕ,ôがあります

私はスロヴァキア人ですけど、チェコに移住してきて小学校1年からチェコで通ってました。でも発音を習得するだけの授業はあった覚えはありません。もちろん発音できなった人は普通言語聴覚療法を受けました。たしか私の兄もrがまともに発音できなくて受けました。
あとřを含む早口言葉もあります

ずっと 母音だけ、子音+母音、それとも 子音+母音+ん しかありませんので英語のStrength のstrの部分とかの発音に母音が入ってしまう、Thatの語末のtがトなるとか…
