Hard shells or soft shells?
Soft shells because I have more control over the ingredients inside. Meat pieces and lettuce are spilled all over when I try to eat hard shells.

Hard "shells" are not true mexican cuisine. The only true tacos are wrapped in a soft, flavorful tortilla. If you eat hard shells you do not eat true mexican food, and probably only know tacos from a distasteful fast food chain.
