Gated shit is only in cities and always new developments where they buy a shit piece of land and build hundreds of identical little houses on plots you can jump over. Then they add "security" and charge people a shitload of money a month to stay there, those people in turn pretend to be very rich and fancy, all the while living on land nobody wanted to live on anyway because its probably close to a mosquito infested swamp or a kaffer community. Those houses are usually so close together you can hear your neighbors fucking and shitting, the worst part is people with little kids who are always fucking crying and throwing balls and toys over the fence.
