I'm studying abroad and want to go to a safe snowy country with cute girls and cool architecture. I'm currently thinking Austria, Norway, Finland, and Switzerland.

Austria mate. I believe you also get cheap education there as an American. And it's a great country with warm summers and snowy winters, with friendly people, beautiful cities at a great location where you can check out Germany and Italy from.

Switzerland is filled with meanies. And Norway and Finland are devoid of life.
