I'd pick Finland. Sounds like the dank place to be a kid. Video games, good education, ES drink, LAN parties, welfare and no non-western immigrants
I grew up as a kid in the 90s in Finland and I'm pretty sure thats what stunned my social skills when I came back to the UK.
