Does your """""""""""""""language"""""""""""""""" have unique names for all the months?
>>52421460
You mean names which only occur in that language?
>>52421518
Right, usually I hear English ones being used with some minor changes, depending on language they're being used in.
>>52421584
The ones which we use are actually the Roman ones, not English ones.
http://www.crowl.org/lawrence/time/months.html
I presume because everyone adopted the Roman calendar most nations just adopted the names as well.
>>52421460
Yes, but in 99% cases the roman version of the words are used.
>>52421584

>>52421692
I had the idea they were English ones, the more you know and their meanings are all explained.
But still the question remains the same, I don't think there are a lot of languages with their own names.
>>52421961
These are the names which used to be used before Latinisation (occurred under the Normans).
>>52421460
Ukrainian has nonlatin unique names of months. But it does not help.
