What I don't get about modern pagans is that many of them worship of a god of exothermic oxidation reaction (fire) but not other equally as important reactions; as well as gods for the liquid and solid state of H2O but not the gas state, nor the different phases of other molecules; the god of the sun, but all other suns (stars) collectively have only one god assigned to them, etc etc

That implies that being pagan is simply beliving in more that one god. In Estonia paganism (and probably with the other religions) it is more that that. It is a major lifestyle choice living in harmony with nature, paying respect to it and following the old ways.
