Look at the people you work with.
Are they the sort of people that you would employ if you had a company? If they're stoners, have tattoos, show up late, don't do anything properly etc etc then it's probably them as opposed to the management.
If, however, they're all normal people pushed too far then it's probably best to start looking for something else, but stay working whilst you are.

The guys I work with are all good guys, never late, work unpaid overtime and are pretty talented at what they do so it confirms my bad thoughts about management being the problem.

I pay all my staff over the odds because I like retaining the same people. In turn we've got an excellent reputation. Unfortunately, not every business can run on 50 people so a lot end up hiring poor/complacent management and provide a poorer service than they did when they were small time.
My advice is to find a long established mid sized company with a niche. Its hard but worth it.

I will get them amazing gifts for christmas, since I make a lot of money and can afford to spoil my loved ones.
after that I will go skiing for a week in the french alps. it is an expensive holiday, but I don't need to worry since my christmas bonus will cover all of it. I hope to meet a few cuties, which won't be a problem, as women aredrawn to rich, successful and confident men.
