What happens here?
Crocodiles, Abos, and German tourists
>>52398459
Abos and cattle
>>52398459
it's our florida
>>52398500
No Queensland is our Florida. Are you daft?
>>52398500
Nice dubs.
I thought this was your Florida?
Nothing.
>>52398479
GERMANY YES
>>52398513
I live in Queensland you fucking dingledorf, this place is not anything like Florida
>>52398548
I don't know that you understand this meme or know how to use it in the correct context.
>>52398551
queensland is fucking huge
>>52398513
They are literally both called the sunshine state, both have tropical climate, and both have crocodiles/aligators
>>52398522
This is more like our Maine
Not sure what it's like nowadays, but all my family who lived there claim it's like an abo warzone of drunken brawls 'n shit.
>>52398522
Is Florida full of incest children who wish they were New Zealand?
>>52398612
But Queensland is full of old retired people and beach resorts and such. NT is basically just a huge desolate unpopulated wasteland, though with some interesting geography and nature.
>>52398604
its a big state
>>52398522
>Great Lake
>Isn't even biggest on the island let alone country
wtf Aussies.
>>52398664
For you.
>>52398659
Pretty sure most of Australia is full of old retired people at the moment but it could just be us I dunno.
>>52398664
4 yu
>>52398702
NT is clearly a backwater even compared to the rest of Australia. It has a total population of 243,000, 30% of whom are literally subhuman aboriginals living in perpetual drunken stupor, and it is isolated from pretty much everything.
>>52398702
But Queensland is more so. Pensioners move to Brisbane and the gold coast like no tomorrow
Abos and US airforce

>>52398815
No, New Zealand is our Hawaii
>>52398815
New Zealand is our Socialist Canuckistan, lad

I've been to Cairns. It was Surprisingly like Miami area. Except the coral and forests were beautiful and there was more sketchy people, annoying bugs, dirty people, people that were basically nude, and abos. Also there were way more rotaries and there was an Adele impersonator. Also Gelato and Italians and Vietnamese massage places that were kind of suspicious. I also am pretty sure one of the tourist trap stores had the word "gook" or some other racist slur at Asians in it...
Basically it is a smaller Miami taking performance enhancing drugs. Great fun, better than Sydney or Auckland.
>>52398863
>>Vietnamese massage places that were kind of suspicious
>He went to Cairns and didn't get a rub n' tug.
Missed half the experience.
>>52398771
Sounds good, maybe in 20 years I'll get a nice house there because all the tenants are dead.
abos, flies, constant 35c year round.
Kind of want to go to kakadu lads
Only place in Aus with pic related as current law. They limited if for a number of years and road deaths went up.
>>52398612
I don't think you know which is called the sunshine state
>>52398625
Kinda hasn't changed
- Some places where you won't see anyone else for days.
- abos
- flat desert
- flies
- dehydration
- Uluru, Kakadu, the Kimberly and kings canyon
- big Air Force base
- snakes, crocs and spoidahs
- nice geography, very old landscape
They use these to round up animals.
>>52400347
Oh yeah, I forgot.
There are farms bigger than Belgium up there.
>>52398522
Oh so that's your Nord-Pas-de-Calais ?
You look well before doing this because there can be people coming at you at 180 the other way.

It's always tense when you have to pass a road train
>>52398689

>>52398459
Space elevator
>>52398522
>Stanley & the Nut
tell me about this place.
>>52400374
And get around in general.
>>52400131
What's that mean
>>52398522
I'm from Hobart. Tassie gets a bad rap but it's safer than anywhere else in the country and has minimal Abos. Beautiful scenery too.
>>52400541
Good place mate, I loved it there plus best fish and chips in Australia.
>>52400510
The Nut is an exposed lava chamber from an ancient volcano that was active in the Tertiary period.
Stanley is a small town that operates on farming and fishing. Also has a small harbour with a ferry that takes cargo to King Island.
>>52400527
No speed limit
>>52400527
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stuart_Highway#Speed_limits
>>52400527
No speed limit.
Most Australian roads have a relatively low speed limit, 50 kph for residential, 60/70 kph for suburban, 90/100 kph for highways
But on straight roads through the desert with road trains barrelling down them, having no speed limit starts to make some sense
>>52400541
Ahh, the one Tas guy on /int/
I'm that guy who bullied you, remember?
Truth be told, Tas is pretty good.
>>52400677
There might be more than one Tasmanian here, I don't remember being bullied on /int/ at all.
>>52400573
Very interesting, thank you.
The only place in Australia to have local radio on shortwave.
http://www.abc.net.au/reception/radio/shortwave.htm
My dad was almost in a bad spot there, he was visiting for work and decided to go for a nightly walk (about 10pm, not sure why but whatever). These two abo guys came up to him on the middle of the street with no one else around and started getting a bit aggressive, and one of them mentioned AFL. My dad said something along the lines of "oh yeah, I follow Fremantle (home town/team), what do you think of Jeff Farmer (player)?" One of them said "He's my cousin!" and suddenly they were all the best of mates. Funny story.
Also crocodiles
Looks like a nice place desu
Though I will never go there because an Australian girl just dumped me and I'm feeling a bit salty about the whole thing
>>52400757
Defo more than one tasfailian on /int/. Scottsdale reporting.
I live there
They say this is epic but I will probably never see it living down south.
