It's already happening here in the USA. White men are the scapegoat for a lot of problems. Even if we are the most productive, law-abiding group of people in this country.

The majority of wealth is not earned, it is inherited. If you come from a upper middle class or upper class family, with the education, opportunities and money given to you by your family you will likely remain in the same class.
The reason why most minorities are stuck in a lower class cycle, is because they're born into it. Just look at white trash or white benefit seekers, you see the exact same behaviour.
Now of course that doesn't mean that white people aren't deserving of their wealth. Life is tough and some people will always be better off than others. But for someone in the lower class (which is overwhelmingly minorities) it is a lot more work to change their social status than someone born into a higher class/higher wealth.

African negros don't have the same culture than American negros. American negros' culture is a byproduct of years of segregation.
