Okay, they may not be genocided. But why do nobody care that we stole Finnmark? But on the other hand nobody cares that Sweden stole that parts next to Tröndelag either, so it may not be genocide after all. But at least the original owners still exist, maybe they got too powerful to care about what was stolen from them? Maybe the reason nobody care we stole finnmark is that they have no recorded history and never were powerful, so they can't look back at their former power and wish their land was stolen? But also, today, I wonder how much effect the stolen land really has. Don't most people there now own what was theirs? The fish is stolen for good, but it would have been given away to the rich regardless, so if we look at modern time in isolation, the only difference if Finnmark hadn't been stolen would probably be that their language were doing better, perhaps there would be a major town or two where the language were actually the main language.
