We have still a lot of our own people, our economy replaces Poles who decided to work in the West for bigger money with workers from other countries, mainly Ukraine currently. So it is not a problem today. But i think that aside of economy, we have also other challenges to meet. One of them is xenophobia of Polish society. And our national isolationism.
