Not very good. One of the factors for counting HDI is years of schooling, which isn't high in Finland, yet our schooling is top tier and we have high proportional amount of young people with tertiary degrees. Also the wealth gap in regular HDI.
The fundamental goal in every human life is happiness and satisfaction, so I'd say this one is the most useful.
