There are places down here that are just straight up undeveloped, it looks like something you'd see in Eastern Europe or South America.

Funny thing is, here every year in my town there is a market where representatives from a country get a tent and where they can offer to the people and sell typical local food and drinks, along with selling flags, clothing etc.
