Do people in your country raise the national flag outside their homes?
Due to the Paris attack, there was quite a lot of flags these days

No. It's rare but not uncommon to see the german flag.
Lots of flags year round. In my old neighborhood people use to fly "muh hertiage" flags everywhere. German, Irish, Portuguese and even a Finnish one.
