Assume you have roughly equivalent numbers of aircraft, tanks, ships, and soldiers. roughly 100,000 Americans and Canadians vs 20,000 of each of the strongest military members of the EU--France, Britain, Germany, Italy, and Poland.
Who would win?

At this point it becomes more about conditions than inherent superiority.
Terrain, weather, tactics, logistics, there are a plethora of factors.

Going with numbers straight away is kind of a folly. Considering military organizations, you're pitting 8-10 divisions US/Canadian forces, and 9/10 or 7/8 of that force is going to be American since we have rather few regular force troops, against 1-2 divisions each of the EU.
It's probably not going to go well for EU. They have a technological inferiority which is among the many factors, but most crippling will be logistic factors as it will be confusing to manage 5 forces from 5 different countries with 5 different logistical needs and organizations - who all speak different languages.
So, in terms of "who would win" - it could go either way depending on a number of factors. But it will most likely be the US/Canadians.
America doesn't have the best equipment for everything you know, just a hell of a lot of it

Europeans have in general better soldiers because they have to filter out more people because they have less of a budget. It's what I've heard from people who went to Afghanistan.
