I'm not super savy on military crap so I will use my GS knoledge to make absurd guesses, but I imagine chinks will have trouble deploying their massive manpower to the most productive parts of Russia, naval warfare will be irrelevant, so it will come down to who can bomb the other to hell.

China, simply because both countries are so big it would eventually come down to a war of attrition and China has more people.
But, if it was something like a more localized war, like for instance "who can occupy mongolia" i think russia would win.
