I'm pretty sure you can't get diabetes from eating lots of sweets. Basically overuse of anything, that makes you fat, might get you type 2. Since the pancreas has to produce a fuckton of insulin, cos you're so heavy, and the pancreas gets overloaded, that way diabeetus happens.
