I have depression from about 10 years or so and my way to cope with it is to:
A) Give yourself a regular basis of 1 hours physical exercise that will make you feel exhausted. (I have only stationary bicycle)
B) Weed or alcohol is clouding your mind to stay in focus, eat some candy instead.
C) Give your mind some food of new content, by learning or watching some documentary to give you more knowledge, it is distracting your bad habits and depressed state of mind by focusing on things that you may find useful or interesting.
This also apply to video games that requires some more attention and focus rather point-click-win solution.
D) Fap less. This one is hard because its a very huge factor of self control - but it will help your dopamine in your brain more stable and you will feel more energy and less sleepy.
E) Eat whatever you want, but keep in mind to drinking a lot of water on daily basis.

I honestly live in a house with others kids my age (21-24) our range. Its an off campus college house at our uni. So its hard to get away with shit, every day I wake up and fun substances are right there. I mean I'll try but when everything is so readily avaliable its hard to quit.

Thanks! In my case I have a bit harder time to actually speak in English, but I can read well and there are people who tend to understand my writing as well.

No one said that you need to quit something, you just need to find yourself a balance between Good standardized by society habits (like Education or learning new skill, discovering new music, art, book etc) and Bad ones. (Rock, Eat, Party Smoke Weed Every Day)
The variety and natural inceptor is the key to give you extra stamina for your subconscious that will make you want to fly, even if the environment is hostile and not friendly.

Well education is most definitely taken care of (full time student and unpaid internship) and I've been discovering new types of music and art through friends.
Have a friend whose a really good painter (3rd gen polak too) and multiple friends who are musicians and perform at clubs and bars and shit.
My problem is I cant enjoy these things without booze or weed at least. Idk when Im sober I feel like a Finnish person, borderline autistic lol.
